I called the front desk and was advised they "were aware of a room in the general area" of this room that "had power issues" but "somebody was supposed to be looking into it" and obviously "fell short." If somebody had come to fix the refrigerator as we were advised they would at 6 am this morning, they would have seen the room had NO OUTLETS that worked, a pool of water in the refrigerator and found that the light that's plugged into the wall doesn't even work! Troubleshooting 101 The offer to move rooms at 11:15pm was a complete inconvenience that was out of the question! My 80-year-old mother was already asleep after a long day of being at the hospital since 6:30 am. I expect NOTHING LESS than a full refund on this! I need a phone call.

The hotel is clean and the room is tidy with new linens, towels, and pillows. The room is spacious enough. Parking is easy and the area is in the quiet side of downtown with lots of dining options, bars, and shops. Front desk is very informative and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again whenever in Boise.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and area provided close proximity to so many locations. The only drawback is the parking situation. Because there aren’t areas designated for visitors or checking in, the space assigned to you is often taken by another visitor. Other than that, it was a great hotel!

I highly recommend staying at The Sparrow. One of my favorite hotels in Boise. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Super clean! Well appointed rooms, very friendly staff. Very great location for walking downtown. Parking is tight but staff was very helpful guiding us for parking. On a weekday early morning we heard very noisy trash pick up in the alley. There might be a lot of active nightlife on weekends. They offer ear plugs in the lobby. Will definitely stay there again. Bedding is heavenly.
