Last time I stayed in a Tru by Hilton, the soundproof was really good. This hotel was not very soundproof and we could hear lots of stuff going on. Other than that, it’s very good.

Our stay was great. Breakfast was good enough for us and our toddler. Love that they had filling stations for water. Also coffee tea and hot cocoa out at all hours. Staff was ABOVE and beyond friendly to us. I was bummed we had no dresser in the room but we managed. Great location right off the freeway and close to lots of food and shops. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. They are very short staffed almost always had to request towels when swimming but otherwise a nice facility. The breakfast is just ok… one automatic pancake maker which should definitely be replaced with waffle makers.

We have stayed at this specific hotel before and was very happy. We had the BEST biscuits for breakfast. It was a few years ago, but the breakfast was the same as any other hotel. The pool (same as a majority of hotels) was COLD! Overall though, the room was clean, LOVE the family games, although the Jenga game could use some sanding as we got a few slivers.

The hotel has great staff, however, it is locate fairly close to the exit for the freeway, meaning that you can hear the semi trucks hitting their brakes all night. Additionally, they had a large sports event and so we were treated to teenagers running up and down the hallways while one or two staff members tried to corral them. The people on the floor above us got up at 4:30 am to shower and let their kids run around and jump on the floor, meaning we heard the entire chase. The doors do not keep out the sound so we heard banging all night as kids snuck from room to room. We could not use any of the facilities like the pool, weight room, or lobby facilities because the kids had taken over the area and drank the all day coffee/tea.

freeway noise
My room was about 50ft from a freeway. offramp and over looked a parking lot. It was so loud I had to sleep with ear buds to cancel out the noise. The manager, Tony was very receptive but the hotel was fully booked. In short, I wouldn't stay there again
