We enjoyed that there were activities in the lobby for the kids. It was bright and fun. The rooms were TINY with no storage for luggage, they were supposedly newly remodeled but there were cracks all over. Walls were thin and the other patrons were extremely loud all night long (no wonder they give you ear plugs at check in) The continental breakfast was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. My kids wouldn’t eat any of it. We stay at a lot of Hilton hotels and this is my least favorite, we would not recommend.

We had an issue with a loud neighbor. The hotel staff worked quickly to resolve the issue and moved us to another room when I requested it. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was filling.

The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly professional, nice, and helpful! But that was the worst night of sleep I've possibly ever had. It was extremely noisy from the busy road and freeway directly out the window. (I definitely didn't use common sense when booking a hotel next to a busy road) The bed looked like it had just been slept in and was unclean (wrinkles where someone clearly layed along with hair on the pillow and sheets). The location was convenient but also hard to get in and out o I will not be booking with them, ever again.

Pool Area super slippery

We had leftover food in the fridge from whoever stayed in the room before us. Also, my daughter and I had a slip and fall in the pool area; I had a bruised elbow for days. I did let the front desk staff know and all he could say was sorry.
