Meh, not worth price

My dog found a hot Cheeto on the floor of the room after we entered. The fridge had a pool of water on the shelves. The elevator was out of order so we had to hike it with 2 dogs and 2 luggage items up 3 flights of stairs. Also, the bed needs more bedding on it. For $135? Nah

Nice place, but sadly lacks comfort

The room was priced a little high for what we got. Our check in staff Caitlin was wonderful. She was very kind and professional. As far as our night that was not good. The bed was not comfortable. It’s on top of a metal platform with springs so when you move or your partner moves it makes a loud creeeek and boom. The next issue is the air conditioner. It starts nice then soon after you hear a loud fan kick on. It’s as loud as a blowdryer. The bed probably wouldn’t be that hard if it was properly supported. The facility is very clean and very nicely cared for. It’s too bad when it’s lacking nicer amenities for sleep and air comfort. I would not re stay.

Property was bare bones. Front desk was minimally helpful. Had a kitchenette in room but no utensils, plates, pots, coffee pot supplied. There was not even coffee available in lobby which most places provide if not in room. Room was not serviced in the week I was there. I used the same 2 towels for a week. It did not meet my expectations and I would not stay again or recommend.

Not what I expected

Room is lacking any amenities without additional cost. No curtains to block out street lamps. Linens are less than basic. Beds with metal frames, and no sound proofing, you hear everyone roll over and get up. Also air conditioning must be controlled from outside the room, because it never stays on. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Room was also very spacious.

Poor quality bed sheets, bed cover, and towels. Towels were dirty. Phone in the room was not working so I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk. After hours door entry was not working. Not enough parking.
