The room was great, the property clean, and the location totally walkable. We were disappointed the hot tub had closed for the season without any signage or other indication from staff.

This property was out-of-the-way, and not easily navigated to the areas that one wants to be in, in Bologna. Rest of amenities lacking. Special, and exceptional Kudos to Alessandro in the lounge. He clearly has had some exceptional training and is an extraordinary bartender. The first that we found in all of Europe, who actually truly knew how to properly master martini. Very, very pleasant, and extremely professional!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. Nothing super fancy and pretty basic breakfast but it was good. The room was clean and pretty spacious. No complimentary water or hair conditioner. There was body lotion though. Staff was very nice.

We had an amazing time in Bologna. Although it’s full of graffiti it is a beautiful city. The hotel was amazing Salvatore and Teresa (front desk) are amazing employees always willing to help and look after their guests. The bartender (Alessandro) in the lounge was always smiling and sincerely cared about his clients. I highly recommend this hotel, but because of these three employees, this hotel is an absolute MUST STAY while in Bologna
