This is a really great hotel, but it is very close to the piazza, so can be noisy at night. Bikes available for free rental are not in the best shape.

We had the worst sleep ever in a hotel due to noise outside of our room . The garbage trucks were unloading glass and the crashing noise seemed to go on for an hour - also much noise from the street into the wee hours on a Monday . Room 325 is not a good choice . The hotel is sweet and location amazing but the noise compromised the experience.

Lovely, stylish hotel in a great location. Staff service level was extraordinary. Have a cocktail at the rooftop bar and enjoy the view of the snow-capped Alps.
