I became extremely sick after arriving and the woman at the front desk was so helpful in getting me a hot meal from next door. I felt so taken care of and safe as a solo traveler abroad. The hotel is beautiful and in a convenient location. Breakfast is also a lovely experience with lots of offerings!

This was one of my favorite hotels I picked on my Italy trip. The hotel is located right next to a large piazza with plenty of eating, shopping, and social options. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and my room was amazing. The breakfast options were delicious and staff was very attentive. The front desk staff was helpful with suggestions for eating and places to go. They also helped me navigate a train strike so I could travel to the next city. If I go back to Bologna, I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Wonderful stay all around and I have zero complaints.

We stayed in the apartments, located around the corner from hotel. Excellent area very walkable and located in best area to see all sights. Only downside was the apartment did not have elevator so taking heavy bags up steep steps was difficult

Excellent hotel

The hotel is perfect, well situated, close to everything to see in Bologna, clean. The breakfast is complete. The only thing that explain a 4/5 note is the insonorisation. We heard everything from the other rooms as if it was inside. Also there is a lot of noise coming from outside and again feels like our windows were open which was not the case.

This was a really nice hotel. It is located right in the Piazza where everything is happening. It is an easy walk to all major attractions. We arrived early, around 11am,. Check in is at 3pm, but they texted us at 1:00 that our room was ready. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, It was a spacious room. The Staff speaks English and were very helpful. There is AC, and we did use it. Being in the piazza, there is noise, but with windows closed and AC on, we did not hear the noise. I would definitely stay here again.
