Nice family friendly hotel

The Elizabeth Lifestyle Hotel welcomed us with a friendly reception that checked us quickly in. The bedrooms are big with walk in closet and the Biggest bed I have ever seen. The outside area is clean and nice with the bar always open. The breakfast was good, always filled up and clean.

Good place to stay to see Bologna

Wonderful friendly hotel with fantastic chouce of food and drink offered at breakfast. Internet access was good and easy to access. Buses into the city were frequent up to midnight. The bed in our room was huge! Car parking - remember to book it in advance and we arrived early and were able to leave the car for a small additional fee.

Great place

Stay one night and it was really good. A little far for city center but it was good for us. The room where big and clean with nice comfortable beds and good AC.

Clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. Hotel is just out of the centre of Bologna, about a 20 - 30 mins walk to the main square but there is a good and regular bus route (25) that runs from outside the hotel, past the train station. Hotel facilities were adequate. Small bar area . Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a small suite which was a good space with an enormous bed. Bed linen was beautifully clean as was the whole of the room. Would definitely consider a return visit if returning to Bologna.

A reasonable choice

The hotel is north of the city but only a 10 min drive from the airport. So, don't bother with the Marconi Express. A taxi was only 20 euros (including tip). It's in a strange area but it's quiet and felt safe enough. The room was a good size. It had a balcony but no seating and definitely no picturesque view. The walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on in the bathroom next door. And there was weird plumbing running through the wall behind our bed. Every 15 mins there was a rush of water. Felt like we were sleeping next to Niagra falls. Ear plugs helped. Our own bathroom was clean but the shower leaked and getting it warm was a challenge. Breakfast wasn't great. Unless you like cake - lots of variety there. But no coffee machines and the rest was limited. If you’re staying there, try the ramen restaurant down the road (Hana Ramen) and the brewery/restaurant a couple of streets away (Doppio Malto). Both great.

Very easy check in with friendly staff. Large room with tea and coffee facilities, breakfast was basic but a good selection. 25 minute walk into City Center, but easy to do if you don’t like taxi’s. If you are staying for a couple of days, this is a good option

Very nice large room with a super extra large bed. The lady at the reception was very helpful and went out of her way to me an upgrade of the room as they did not have what I asked for. The only thing missing would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit outside

Great place and amazing staff service. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was included. The receptionist were very nice and helpful. They looked up how much taxi will cost and what will be cost effective.
