The hotel staff was incredibly inflexible in helping us make changes to our rooms and stay duration both before and after our visit. It took a lot of our time away and detracted from our experience in Bologna. I would not stay there again. It wasn’t just the substance of the issue, but their tone and attitude and interacting with us.

Excellent! We loved our stay at Hotel Brun! Well appointed rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. We had a junior suite which included a 2nd bathroom and sitting area/sofa bed. We also had a single room with a twin bed - plenty of space for 1 person. The location was great. Easy walk to everything but in a quiet area. Highly recommend!!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I would stay here again.
