The location, staff and cleanliness were fine but the internet was very spotty and slow. Also the conditioning was not at all adequate.

Needed a place for the evening. Stayed in the triple room (3 of us). Had a reasonable sized bathroom and confortable single beds. Tidy and quiet - just what we needed after 20+hrs flying... helpful staff at check in. Check out was easy and the staff member at front desk, disnt getvhis name but he was very hospitable and helpful, let us store our bags for a couple hours and gave info on local sites to walk to. Hotel is dated, but was not an issue for us.

Quaint boutique hotel. Rooms are on the small side, but more than worth the value. Staff is friendly. Hotel and rooms are nice and in good condition, albeit a little hot (AC was a bit weak). Minimal amenities, but location is very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Neighbourhood is okay, not much to say about it, but it’s perfect proximity to everything. Overall happy with the stay, as long as you’re okay with a small, cozy room with average AC.

The building was old with holes in the walls and ceilings, as well as a dirty shower. We also were awoken early in the morning by construction (hammering, drilling, etc.) with no warning. We were only there for 1 night. Their free luggage hold and proximity to the train station was good.

Quiet & comfortable little hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Bologna. Very walkable too: Just 6 blocks from the main train station and 8 blocks from Piazza Maggiore and The Quadrilatero (with all of its great outdoor restaurants & shops).

This hotel is GREAT value! It's clean, the front desk staff is incredibly helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and it has an elevator. Yet it's the least expensive hotel we've stayed in in Italy highly recommend!

Awful, no services, not even the instant coffee
The hotel has no service. Room has nothing for customers. No cups, no coffee. Reception did not mention the mini bar. Nobluts of the mini bar . Reception asked whether we use the mini bar when we check out. If someone is not familiar with this, customer may be charged without knowing the price. All in all, we do not recommend anyone stay with this hotel

Good accommodation
Simple, basic accommodation, which suited our needs perfectly. An easy 10-minute walk to the center of the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Note, if you’re travelling like we were and looking to use the laundry service listed on the website; the hotel doesn’t have one.

OK hotel in good location
Room was a good size and the bathroom was large, but this may have because it was equipped for a wheelchair guest. Decor rather tired. Needs investment. No food at this hotel and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Immediate area location of the hotel is downmarket, but the train station is only 10-15 minutes walk and it is only a similar time to walk to the sights in the historic centre. 5 minutes from the main shopping street and lots of restaurants. A good location for a tourist hotel.
