The pluses: The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic. I wish I got her name to give her proper recognition. Pool was great and so were poolside staff. Room was clean. Starbucks coffee available at Viva cafe. The minuses: They try to upsell you to buy a timeshare as soon as you’re checked in. “Free breakfast and comps”. Canceling the presentation was easy, at least. 3 contacts required to get missing TV remote. Barry Manilow concert cut in half due to “computer problems”. Concert was the reason we travelled there in the first place. Room smelled like smoke on and off. Maybe from the room next to us smoking illegally. I should’ve complained but I didn’t.

Centrally located in middle of LV strip, resort fee is a scam, I don’t use any gym or swimming pool. I should be able to have choices not to pay. $20 per day for parking isn’t so bad. It should be gone away along with resort fees.

Great all around.

The location, parking and staff are great. The AC was really the main issue this time, it just did not cool the room enough. Also, the fact that there is no coffee in the room and they charge $6 for it in the lobby is annoying.
