Nice Hotel

Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking but the maze of buildings made it a bit awkward to get to. The only issue was that the printed invoice I was given turned out to be for a different customer which I only realized once I had started to fill out my expenses. Apart from that all was very good.

Great for leisure

Room was cold and only a single radiator so not perfect. Leisure here is worth the price on its own, Great steam rooms, sauna, pool and infinity pool. Breakfast very poor. Had to wait 30 minutes for something obviously kept warm in the oven in the kitchen - may as well be a buffet, at least i could have seen it was poor and overcooked and just had cereal and toast and got on my way

My best trip to the area so far.

Loved the pool and thermal suite. I've stayed at 4 hotels in the area and this was the best. Restaurant steal was amazing. Most meals seemed to come with coleslaw rather than any meaningful fibre and nutrition. I ate at the bar the pub the restaurant and found the same in each. Pool opens at 6:30 which isn't quite early enough for my taste. Especially when they were 5 minutes late opening the door and I had to ask at reception.
