The location is very central, could walk everywhere. Good Restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the sofa I slept on was a little hard.

This was an impeccable and high-tech place. It took awhile to learn how the various buttons and features in the room worked. Maybe some signs or notice in the room to help guests with that would be beneficial. Front desk staff were okay.

We loved our stay here. Very, very convenient location to restaurants, town square, shops and supermarket across the street. The apartment has everything you need - kitchen with fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, kitchenware etc. Huge modern bathroom with double vanity. Spacious lounge area. Automated exterior shutters meant it was total pitch black block out. Large comfy bed. Tons of storage. AC - microwave - safe - security entrance - paid parking on site - elevator - 2 tvs - tea/coffee facilities. Modern furnishings and fittings. Its perfect.

We stayed the Palais Hortenberg as a jumping off point for a Dolomites trek. It was a very comfortable and convenient place to start off and return to. We were able to store our luggage, rest and relax in a spacious room, and enjoy breakfast on our lovely terrace. We were also able to do laundry on the premises which was a big help after a long hike.

Very welcoming and comfortable hotel, right in the midst of old town and the pedestrian zone. We enjoyed eating breakfast on our private terrace and the spacious rooms. We stayed before and after a grueling trek in the Dolomites and the hotel was a comforting place to return to.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there are a few things that could be improved: 1. There is no telephone in the room, so it’s difficult to contact reception if you need anything. 2. Towels are not replaced if you’re staying more than one night, which is inconvenient. 3. There was no iron provided in the studio. 4. The parking situation is confusing and not clearly marked. 5. The entrance to the property is also confusing if you’re visiting for the first time. It would be very helpful if you could send clear instructions and pictures to guests by email two days before arrival.

Beautiful modern hotel in old town section of Bolzano. It’s so modern that it seems like it was built five minutes ago. You don’t get a room key or a plastic card; you are assigned a six digit code to open the front door and your room. It’s almost space-age how high tech everything is; especially if you’re more used to old school hotels in Europe. We were running late for check-in - a lot of traffic on the road from Milan - and the hotel staff actually phoned us to check up. I was expecting to be able to park in the hotel’s garage, but was told the garage was full, which was a little frustrating after driving all day. However, we were able to park on the street and pay the meter. And it was super convenient to be able to walk to everything in the classic old town, plus a morning visit to the museum across the street.

Rhis place is well located, nice, clean. The environment is sterile and impersonal. All access is by codes,which you have to know in advance. It is on a walking street, so you cannot drive there even to get oriented.. Parking is very complicated and hard to find. You must know access codes. When you finally get to the desk, the desk person was cold and arrogant, like she was doing us a favor to check us in. There is no servi e to the room. They left coffee pods for one day ( we stayed 2) and no creamer provided. The location is perfect for walking this beautiful city.
