Bombah Point Vacation Packages

Hotel was older but overall it was clean so that was good. Biggest complaint was check in experience. We got there at 1pm. Admittedly prior to check in time. But there was one person at the front desk with a huge line of people waiting to check in. The guy was perfectly nice and efficient but we waited at least 45 minutes. We tried the self check in option but it wouldn’t work. Maybe because we booked through Expedia and not direct? Not sure. But others around me had the same issue. Finally got to the front and they wanted to charge $50 to check in “early”. I have never seen that before. Usually hotels let you check in early if a room is available. A manager walked through just as we were paying and said they’d start waiving the fee. At any rate - once we got in the room was fine and clean. Just dated. I’d suggest getting as high of a room as possible. We were on 10. And the room noise from the street was quite loud. It was a Friday night so maybe we just hit a bad night but I’d def ask for a higher room.

Cleaning rooms and great Staff.

Hotel is in a good location if you are looking for one near the cruise port

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
