Smelly bathroom if you don't shower every 5 minutes. Silverfish infestation, tripled checked all clothes to make sure I don't take them home. Shower gel and conditioner bottles were empty. Checkin opens at 3 PM and we qued for 20 minutes because they didn't expect people to check in at i guess. Would not recommend at all. Totally not the experience we were expecting from a Marriott.
It was a business trip so efficiency was vital. The pool was a welcome workout though I wish it had opened earlier in the day. The executive lounge was also a welcome asset after a long day with a little appetite. The staff were always lovely and eager to help.
The hotel is great, but it would be good to have a restaurant on the roof top open for lunch, and also there are no towels in the changing rooms in the pool, you need to get them at the reception, but the lady was not there all the time

View & quietness are gpexcellent.
Half opened Shower door is inconvenient.
very pleasant quiet stay. Not in the centre but 6 minutes by tram (subway) so very pleasing and quiet. Very nice bar restaurant (not the hotel's any longer, but 'linked') and michelin noted restaurant -Konrad's- on 17th floor. gorgeous view of the Rhine
