We have stayed at this hotel before. Only real criticism was the lack of hot water. When you stay in a hotel you expect to be able to have a shower which we were unable to do. At check out it seemed that there was problem but no offer of reduction in cost or money off the next stay so was a bit disappointed.

Der Hype ist vorbei

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich vor der Eingangstür ist hinüber, dies zieht sich durch das ganze Hotel. So war auch zB der Duschablauf sanierungsbedürftig.Auch der Spabereich hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wobei der Pool wirklich klasse ist. Servicegedanke bei den meisten Mitarbeitern ist mäßig, wohingegen der Service im Restaurant Ludwigs sehr gut ist. Frühstück chaotisch, keine Tasse, Milch leer und so weiter.
