Great Stay

Very nice stay. Awesome room, great bed, very clean. Two things...the shower open concept allowed some water on the floor while showering...and no Sportsnet or TSN...small things in an otherwise great stay. And breakfast was awesome with eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, pancakes and more! Will definitely stay here again!

Last stay in Cold Lake before moving.

Our stay was good. Staff are great. Very polite and helpful. Only downside was the pillows are too soft for me. I think there should be at least one firm pillow.

Our room was a basic king. The room and bedding were clean, but the shower head was coming off the wall and there was pink mildew all around the base of the shower stall. We found it curious that there was an Ice bucket but no cups. The hotel restaurant Is across the lane way in the casino, but our meals were really good and extremely generously portioned. The breakfast offered up in the lounge area of hotel was excellent! Choices were limited in some cases (only white bread at the toaster), but the hot dishes were really well made.

Well don’t know where to start, breakfast was advertised as starting at 5 am, first day the cook was late. Six days later they decided to move breakfast to 6 am and was told they would pack a breakfast for us, we needed to leave at six to make it to work. Well breakfast was ready once and I had to request it the two other days. When we checked into the hotel I noticed the toilet was loose off the floor flange, I asked for it to be repaired and seven days later we changed rooms, the maintenance isn’t going to help them keep this place running smoothly. I’m a pipefitter by trade and fixing a loose toilet would take maximum 3-4 hours not seven days. The manager gives nothing but excuses and uses the word of the front desk staff against you. I have sent numerous emails and never got anywhere with them just excuses. We moved to the Ramada in cold lake and the service was the polar opposite of this place. Customer service and the hospitality is lacking and will never be addressed if they don’t look within and fix the problem. Will never stay here ever again.
