Waited until 10am to shower because so many people were up and going early. NO hot water. Spoke to gentleman at desk and he said he would check back with me to see if better. He specifically said "I'll set a timer to recheck. " Never saw him again until check out.

Great location, comfortable beds.

The beds and the down comforter were very very comfortable. We had asked for housekeeping to come and do our room every other day, but they never came until the very last afternoon we were there, and we were in the room. So that never worked. They couldn’t have come earlier in the day?Also, they ran out of many breakfast items by 9 o’clock in the morning, including syrup, croissants, and other things. How do you run out of breakfast items?! Very disappointing.
