Comfortable beds, nicely furnished and decorated. The hotel itself and the room had a very good feel to it. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. One complaint I have is that there was a phone call confirming if I was going to arrive. This should be assumed already and a phone call is not necessary.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The free breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options beyond the usual cereal, including a delicious quiche dish. The rooms were spotless, the ambience was relaxing, and the location was perfect. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the indoor pool was a favorite for the kids. A truly enjoyable experience—highly recommend!

The property itself was fine. It's a typical run of the mill mid level hotel but since it is newer, it looks ok and provides a breakfast. However, biggest issue is the rooms facing the road, it is as if there is zero insulation. All you here is the traffic noise as if there was no wall. Really bad nights sleep. Ask for rooms on the back side of the hotel

Graystone was a great choice for my family. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and there was accommodations for all the family. The continental breakfast was such a wonderful start to our days. All of the staff were pleasant and there to help make our stay the very best.

Customer service and cleanliness was above par. Employees went above and beyond to answer questions and to make you feel welcome. The breakfast choices was better than any hotel we’ve stayed at and we travel frequently. Well worth the price paid.
