The room was clean & comfortable however one handle on the bathroom faucet kept falling off, the microwave was not working properly & the extra door security lock was broken. The staff working at the desk was very pleasant & apologetic. However when you pay hard earned money you expect everything to be in working order.

I am a repeat guest. The Inn was very nice and comfortable. Service was poor. I was asked to upgrade my room to avoid staying next to a barking dog. A complimentary upgrade was not offered.

Was nothing like the pictures. We booked an executive suite and the pictures showed a jetted jacuzzi style bathtub which our suite did not have. The space was old an d outdated with cracked plaster /paint. Also, multiple bugs on the ceiling, the bed, and living space. We will not be returning.

The room was clean, safe and very cozy! The whole property has an adrable oldfashion vibe complete with a real door key, not a card. The rooms were easily accessible with parking right in front of your door. We visited on a very busy weekend and had a room closer to the main road, but it was still quiet. It is in walking distances of all the shops, dining and even the wonderful Blowing Rock Art and History museum. I strongly recommend walking as parking outside of the inn lot is few and far between.
