We didn’t get much sleep due to loud music and partying at the ground floor. It seemed some hotel guests decided to tail gate in the parking lot and the noise kept is up til well after midnight Also, we could hear a lot of road traffic from inside the room, and the air conditioning unit was very loud, even on the low fan setting. Amenities — the hot tub was out of order. Unfortunately one of the reasons we selected this hotel was for the hot tub. Part of our breakfast order was missing and the hair dryer in the room was broken. The staff was friendly and room was a good size and clean

Rooms were good. Staff was courteous and helpful but since the hotel was understaffed hence we had to wait for our breakfast for almost one hour every morning. No matter what time you go down for breakfast, you have to wait for minimum 1 hr. This hotel had no buffet served breakfast like other hotels. my suggestion would be they should start serving buffet for breakfast when lots of people are there. Thanks

You’re kidding me right? I drove 17 hours to get there in 20 minutes before pulling into the parking lot. The property called me and told me my reservation was canceled because they were overbooked. Their clerk told me what they do is cancel third-party reservations, i.e. Hotels.com, Expedia, etc., and accommodate people that walk in and are looking for a room because they will pay more money. They told me it’s not their problem and treated me like complete crap. They wouldn’t allow me to talk to a manager. Never again will I use all Holiday Inn and I’ve been IHG member for over 30 years
