This was an awesome spot to enjoy the mountains, except we had to leave early from the hurricane Helene getting closer. My heart goes out to everyone having to deal with the devastating storm aftermath.

It was not Holiday Inn's fault that we did not have a reservation, but they accommodated us with a room. I don't know how Expedia messed up our reservation for 9/14 (my son's wedding at White Fence Farm) but had us as a No Show for 9./9 and 9/10. They even sent a confirmation to my Husband's phone and he had nothing to do with the reservation. If they had sent it to me on my phone, from which I made the reservation, I would have caught their error. I'll never deal with them again.

Place was under construction and the floor I was on should have been done first. I was on the first floor. Rug coming up paint coming off the wall. Manager did not really know what was going on. Was give. Three room first 2 were not cleaned and the one on the first floor the people were very loud. Might suggest they have extra bathroom stuff available if they forgot something.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast team member was attentive and happy to assist. The room was clean and comfortable. Signage notifying guests about the renovations in progress was provided and placed in appropriate places. Would definitely stay here again.

Original front desk person was NOT friendly, otherwise staff was great. Breakfast was excellent and the internet speed too. Pool looked good but it rained. Overall pretty happy

This is an older motel. No fans in the bathroom which left it soaking wet after a shower...changed sheets questionable.....air conditioning hard to regulate Was clean...staff friendly Breakfast was cold and could use refeshing. Convieant ....would stay again
