Fabulous remodel!

The room was spotless, beds were comfortable with both soft and firm pillows, and breakfast was great with warm cinnamon rolls, eggs, and pancakes. This has been our best stay anywhere in Boone in 3 years.

Enjoyed the location to everything Boone has to offer. The rooms were clean Clean and the breakfast was the usual breakfast offered by the chain. Overall a good experience. We will definitely stay there again

Worst stay ever! Literally complained many times, sent messages, talked in person about our neighbors literally chain smoking cigarettes and weed in their rooms and as you can see it travels right into our room bc of the 3 inch gap on the door. WiFi didn’t work, key cards never worked, apps on tv didn’t work and nothing was done about Smokey the bear next door. Very disappointing!!

We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool for our Grandkids. They were very grumpy children that the pool was closed for some unknown reason. And then the inernet went down. I should have gotten a reduction in my price, the front staff were unhelpful in that regard.

In the website they offer amenities that they do not have or not provide. I was looking for a room that can accommodate 3 people with a rollaway bed. This hotel was convenience because of that but faraway (50 mins drive each way from we’re I use to stay). I decide to do the drive and made a reservation in a specific room that will acomódate the rollaway to sleep more comfortable. When I arrived I asked for the bed. The nice guy at the desk was going to give it to us but he was told that because of Hazard, they can not longer provide the service. I said I understand. I was expecting they will get me a complementary bedroom. They did not honor the advertising.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Friendly staff, nicely renovated, spacious room, and perfectly located near the University and restaurants. Breakfast options were ok. If I’m back in the area, I would stay here again.
