AVOID THIS HOTEL

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I had booked 3 nights here, but checked out after the first night because it was such a disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the TV was not working and the staff was very difficult to get a hold of to assist with any of the issues I had. After informing the hotel I would be checking out early, they have been avoiding Hotels.com’s requests to provide a refund for the rest of the stay. There are a lot of other options in Boone for around the same price. Do yourself a favor and stay pretty much anywhere but here.

The hotel was great. Check in was a little slow and the staff member went to check if our room was clean. Checked us in and room wasn’t cleaned when we went upstairs. Came back down got another room and the keys didn’t work. Back downstairs and finally got the keys and room. Other than the check in process hotel was great and convenient to where we needed to go.

Not a great stay. The carpets were stained. Our bathroom had trash on the floor. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived, and we had to go to the desk multiple times during our two days here to get the keycards fixed. And it seemed like we were bothering the staff when we asked for help. I am a rare complainer, but this is not a place I’d recommend.
