Room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be that the bathroom could use a little updating. We were in an accessible room and it was pretty run down looking. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

I was happy when I checked in yet afterwards not so very happy for several reasons. 1. Noisy and doors slamming in and out. 2. Coffee horrible and dirty. 3. Ice second floor so get ready to figure that one out. 4. Last but not least, they say a price on desk trust me get the Expedia price they hike prices and lie!

The only thing I don't like about Best Westerns is they are all different and you never know what you are going to get. This BW was awesome!! Very clean. Great Rooms - loved the wood floors, they felt so much cleaner than carpet. Great Pool - loved the waterfall and it was nice and clean. I wish this hotel could travel with me so I could stay in it wherever I go. =)

My stay was a quick visit, one night. I can’t comment on the amenities, we didn’t have a chance to use them. The room was perfect because I traveled with my dog, and the hotel is pet friendly. Pet area outside with bags and dispensers. Our room was clean and comfortable.

we were dissatisfied with the lack of sufficient towels, etc., only one very small bar of hand soap, and the body wash dispenser was empty. At request, we were given towels, and soaps. A body was dispenser was left on the counter. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. For breakfast, the bacon was not fully cooked, and the eggs were cold.
