Good service, but rooms need work.

Our first room smelled bad, but they were able to put us in another room. Even though the new room was nice and clean, it was very damp which made it uncomfortable and it also had a smell. I think the air conditioning system needs some work.

Moldy, unattractive, TV did not work, but the front desk clerk spent an hour and a half and finally fixed it, but then it was time to turn in! No staff in the breakfast room, so trash, overflowing, and messiness all over. I would not stay there again.

The room smelt like mildew. Upon opening the curtains obove the window was black mold, it was on the walls and not just one spot it was covered. When we told the front desk, he never apologized just said "oh." When he was on the phone must of been with the manage, he said "they found the mold." Seems they knew it was there. We checked out immediately.

foul smell in room both nights, rude guest starting up hi performance car and idleing it for 30 minutes every hour from 6: pm untill 9: 00 pm both nites. loud and annoying. other than that room was comfortable, breakfast area clean and good food.

Older Very limited breakfast choices. I have dairy allergies and there was no non dairy protein options. I am gluten free and the only carb was maple strip Quaker Oats. At least offer plain oats with options to add. Our room was dirty. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned for sure which lead me to believe not much else was cleaned. When we walked in a family member of the owner was cleaning the floor in the lobby. The check in person smelled terribly of BO!

Arrived Friday for check in. parking states that there is parking for Trailers/ campers. but there is no designated spots for trailers... its just find room and park... Thankfully the back of the Hotel wasn't super busy so we were able to take up a couple spots for parking. The free breakfast is a bagel bar, no proteins unless you want to heat up a thawed out omelet thing in the microwave( it's free breakfast so you never know what your going to get). Checking in was super simple and brief, we already pre checked in online before we got there. The gentleman at the desk was courteous and nice. When we walked up to our room, there were dehumidifiers running in the Hallway, Thought nothing of it.. when we walked into our room it smelt damp and felt damp. We were up there for work and not a vacation so we toughed it out and bought Febreze and a candle to mask the smell. If we were there for a getaway i probably would have looked for another hotel, but sense it was for work and we weren't staying there all day we just dealt with it. Also the back parking lot has a campsite area with an old picnic table, lawn chairs and run down grill, we were quite sure if it was for employee breaks or for the homeless..

1st room smelt like we’d dog. 2nd room to our surprise already had people in it. 3rd room was a double and we had ordered a King size bed, I barely fit on the bed and it smelt of bleach.

The property had obviously just been redone and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only concern at all was the breakfast. It was lacking in options and the breakfast area was really small. Also, both times we went in there nobody had wiped down any of the tables after other people had eaten. All of the staff were very nice and friendly.

To start off the front door was a bit tough to open. After getting to our room there was a gap in the door. Then there was an odd smell. After getting a candle from Walmart to help with that I found the issue in the morning. They have a handyman special P-Trap under the sink. This is allowing sewer gas into the room. Won’t be staying here again.
