Great place for the price. Always super clean. The TV works well and has many stations. Wi-Fi is a little sketchy. Breakfast is basic, but there are several options very close by such as Duncan donuts and McDonald's.

The motel was fine; extremely clean and the continental breakfast was a real plus. However, the motel is located on BUSY Route 1, a major highway. So I would NOT recommend staying there if your planning to hoof it. Although the walk from town was only one mile, crossing one intersection on Pleasant Street in particular, was positively treacherous, as there was no cross walk or light for pedestrians. I ended up taking Uber, no biggie but I had planned to walk.

This is an older property that has been well cared for. The check-in was smooth, parking abundant, grounds clean and rooms were comfortable and in great shape for the age of this hotel. Breakfast was well stocked with fruit, cereal, bagels/muffins and the coffee was on point. Impressed with the noticeable updates and how they kept them within the hotel aged decor scope - well done! Great stay! Thank you

Very nice little motel. You could park in front of your room. It was close to 295 and had several restaurants w/in walking distance The staff is mainly family. I had a problem with my door lock, but they took care of it quickly The only negatives was that the mattress was as hard as marble. They need to be replaced. Also, if the hotel is full, which it was my first night there, the WiFi network will get overwhelmed and crash. Need to upgrade the network
