Stay here for the view. I’m sure there are nicer or more luxurious places to stay, but I doubt they’ll beat the view. Room is ok, a bit dated with a motel feel but it’s clean, comfortable and located perfectly. Also, their restaurant is fantastic! Best meal so far on our trip.

We had a king room at the end of the pier with a great view. We ended up staying an extra night, so we had to move rooms. I preferred the less expensive one still on the pier. It had more room and a nice view. The location of the hotel was walking distance to the cute down town and harbor cruses. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Had a private deck and beautiful view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot, and the shower had good pressure. Area was great! Could walk to shops and restaurants. FYI.. room was a bit dated but it had Maine country vibes. I wouldn’t change it!

We arrived earlier than check in and were given the keys. The check in process was friendly and efficient. All staff are knowledgeable and offer suggestions to visitors. Parking was easy and nearby. The room was impeccably clean and more than adequate for the two of us. Bedding was very comfortable . The attached restaurant is okay, but the view from the rooftop cannot be beat on a nice day. We will most definitely return to the Tugboat.
