The team was SO amazing! 5 star for sure. Especially Cha and Nicole. They are the BEST! Super convenient to everything! Breakfast was amazing. They are so willing to assist with everything! Directions, transportation, massages. I loved my stay there. It was just too short.

The building is fairly new and the room was immaculate. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was great quality at a good price.

Had a great experience. The staff were super helpful to my family and I. There was a larger sister property about two buildings down, that has the hotel, bar, and pool. Room's a bit small but great, strangely didn't have any wash cloths. The hotel is off the main area, so a bit quiet, but easy to walk to the front beach and good access to restaurants.

Not as advertised. We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom loft, to advertised to accommodate 3 people, with one queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to one bed and one sofa that was neither a bed nor double size. Just a standard two seater sofa which we had to take it in turns sleeping on for 4 nights! Not great, uncomfortable and not what we paid for!

10th visit to Boracay and this was my easiest check in and departure out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed in this island. Perfect for solo travellers or those who just want to sleep without paying for luxury. I stayed at their sister property next door in 2022 and was also happy. Very friendly staff and location is super convenient. 5 mins walk from D Mall and 7 mins walk to the main beach. Coffee shop and ATM next door. Situated in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Lots of E-Trikes and Bike drivers nearby for transportation. Morning of departure Front Desk organised an easy airport transfer. Thank you Ferra Team, I will be back.

The staff didn’t change our sheets so we slept with sand for two or three days. We also recently bed bug bites from the room. Each morning waking up to new ones. Shower had smell and bugs. I requested the room be sprayed, it didn’t seem like it was followed up on. Room had menu for pizza but they discontinued the service.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and well appointed rooms. Had to go to the Hotel next door to swim in the pool but the pool and its location were great. Was not happy with my initial room which had stairs to a loft bed but was moved on request.

The property is centrally located and is walking distance to the white and back beach. While the rooms resemble the pictures on expedia, the quality of the bedding (pillows and duvet) is not of good quality. The wool inside both is broken and caused a lot of inconvenience during sleep. I even requested a different duvet for the second night but not sure if they understood my request. Moreover, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell.
