Everything was great!! The one feedback I have is that the water in the toilets, due to the model of toilet, had the water at a really low level by default. This left the toilet side walls exposed to lots of stains.

Loved the breakfast buffet inclusive with the reservation. Booked the room with sea view, very comfortable stay, modern features. The room we stayed was quite a walk to the pool area but other than that, the staff and every one in this hotel were very accommodating and nice.

Fantastic option in Boracay. Great location right by the beach in station 2. Felt welcome right from the start. Room was fantastic with a nice comfy bed and all the amenities you'd expect from a good resort hotel. Excellent pools, plenty of services, great breakfast and a nice pool bar. Friendly staff and a short walk to many of the best restaurants. Would stay here again.

Not impressed

I was so unhappy with the service. I will be writing a more detailed review on Google so more people can read about my experience. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s a popular resort. They not only had terrible service once we had a complaint about the safety and quality of the room, but they don’t treat their employees fairly (they don’t pay them the VAT fee that all the other hotels do), they have a history of controversy since they used to dump their waste into the ocean, and even more. I can’t believe they’re opening an 8th hotel. However, the staff working there are excellent. But management in Manila who determines what happens when there is a complaint are unfair and greedy. I commend the staff as they’re kind and professional and efficient, but not the management. Furthermore, the rooms need some TLC given it’s supposed to be a high-end resort and it’s not cheap to stay here in comparison to the other hotels on the strip.

Staff are so helpful; the resort is well kept; there's variety of food hence selection is a struggle (hard to keep the weight down). Only issue is getting to the island, there's so much complexity to get there from the airport & back.

Excellent location and great breakfast options. Customer service was exceptional and hotel amenities are exactly what I expected, if not, more. Pool access from our room was very convenient and swim up bar had great drink selections and appetizers. Our AC leaked but they took care of it very quickly.
