The Hotel itself if great. Rooms are big and clean. Staff were friendly. It was convenient for us with the parking. There are a few things around but you need to walk about 30 min to go to the center area.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in
The hotel is very modern and the decor is beautiful. We had a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Overall I was very impressed. The only negative is the location it’s probably not the nicest area in Bordeaux however it is a ten minute walk to the nearest tram stop.

There were two people : my sister and I and I had to ask for second set of shampoo, conditioner and a piece of soap. Another day they didn’t change the towels and we had to go and ask.

Very nice property and extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we had in Europe. The staff was so nice. It was a pleasant surprise and a great value.

Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. There are also trams that run throughout the city, but we never took one. Overall, great hotel at a great price!
