The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely . Food good quality. However lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved leaving guests with no explanation & food/ drinks that took over an hour & a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

We have a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived and exactly as requested. The entire staff was amazing. We mainly walked to all of our restaurants and tours. Conveniently located but in a quiet part of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bordeaux

The staff were extremely warm and attentive and we loved being in a quiet, residential area- where the buzz of the city was only a 5 minute walk away. The roof terrace was also beautiful!

Le Palais Gallien is a gorgeous and precious hotel. The staff were polite and very professional. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We loved our three night stay and highly recommend. It’s definitely gets a 10 of 10 score!!
