I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel Elstree, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service and overall experience! The facilities were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A special mention goes to Lim at reception, who truly went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Lim's friendly demeanor, efficiency, and genuine willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to encounter staff who take such pride in their role, and Lim was an absolute star throughout my visit. I highly recommend the Ibis Hotel Elstree to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay, paired with top-tier service. I will definitely return in the future!

Great place to stay for football match

It is a good hotel, with friendly staff. It's clean and had everything I needed. Just a short walk to meadow park where I watched Man city play Arsenal in the league cup. There everything you need near by too.

It’s an Ibis…

Good location for visiting elstree studios. Instructions for parking need to be clearer - if you can’t park in their tiny car park, don’t pay to park in the main car park, you can buy a voucher from reception for £2. Room was freezing cold when we arrived and although we put the heating on, the room still didn’t heat up. Heater was too noisy to leave on all night so poor quality of sleep. Rock hard pillows.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of cheap parking. Would definitely stay here again as great value for London trips and Elstree studio. Room basic, lovely firm bed. Asked for accessible room and this had a wet room which was great for my needs. Decor/furniture was slightly damaged and a bit marked but perfectly good for a budget stay. Breakfast was very good (better than their rivals). Very fresh, a good range of cooked and continental buffet, even boiled eggs, and pastries. There was a pool table for use by residents. Negative was the shower was pretty pathetic in terms of flow - I like a power shower whereas this was not. 24 hour food service took a while but the pizza was good.

The room was drab, dingy and desperately needed a revamp. The bed was very uncomfortable with low quality bedding - especially the pillows! I had one of worst nights sleep as I was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was equally disappointing. Low quality. Would never return to this hotel. I’d say it was only worth £20 per night and that’s being generous.
