Lovely little hotel tucked away in a quite, romantic part of Venice where you can escape the hustle and bustle. Excellent staff and great on-site restaurant who were very accomodating of our toddler.

Room was very hot and entire stay and hvac was not working for our room. I went to front desk multiple times and asked for a different room. A fan was sent up and it did little to help. No one from maintenance was sent and switch was made for the room. The desk clerk would read the room temp from the control system from the front desk and would give a bogus temperature like 23C which is 73 F and it was way hotter. As a final insult on check out I asked what the temp in room showed and she asked if a window was open. A bathroom window was unlatched but not open and that supposedly turns off the AC. Wouldn't that have been worth mentioning two days before. Hated It
