Great location. Shower was different, open on two ends, which meant the spray went everywhere. We were there when it was hot, and we needed both fans to sleep at night. Couldn't leave windows open due to street noise. Kitchen was good and had all the basics, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Loved this hotel. It’s in an office area twenty minutes (free) tram ride from the old town. The hotel itself is very clean, almost as new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast in the very comfortable restaurant. The rooms are nicely laid out with large showers and high quality extras like a Bluetooth speaker, large TV, games console and toiletries.

Megh.. gave us the worst room by the street. No AC, loud and bright at night. Staff seemed like they did not want or like us there .

Accommodation was fine, great location, nicely structured. Improvement suggestions: bag storage for before and after the stay, a second duvet, advance option of requesting late-check out with clear guidance of additional costs, and also clear guidance before booking that cleaning isn’t included for free

Beautiful place and wonderful food!

Reception staff seemed completely uninterested as to when I would receive my 50 Euro deposit back. Two weeks later I have still not received my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
