The stay was ok at best the room service was terrible. We placed the sign on the door to have it seviced and all they did was place new towels.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Location was good, a bit off the beaten track yet accessible enough to sights especially if you like to walk. Close proximity to the airport as well. Would definitely stay again.

When I checked in, there were 3 staff members at the check-in desk. I made eye contact with the male staff member on my left hoping he would help me check in. He quickly looked down/away. I looked at the next staff person, which is in the middle and she didn't even look up. Before I turned to look at the third person, which was on the far right, she spoke up and asked how she can help me (I think her name was Sindy).

Parking was not good, but you can pay $62 a day for parking. Be careful because they will tow your vehicle if you park in the parking lot. I think desk staff should inform their guest at check-in. Other than parking, I think its an ok place to book.

Room was excellent, but opening times of bar and restaurant was not great. Breakfast teabags in the rooms would with kettle to make a cup of tea would have been nice. First time this has not been an option for me staying in a Hotel. It was very good that they had a registration station on our floor.
