A/C unit was a bit too loud, and being next to the highway made the noise way worse, but it was bearable. the guy at the front desk doesn’t have a good attitude for customer service. Seems he is bothered by it. You don’t get daily cleaning. Other than that, pretty decent stay.

We were told the room and bath would be cleaned every other day. It was not cleaned or restocked with towels , cream, etc until Friday. We put out the “restock supplies card and all we received was 2 bath towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Boston. When we checked into our room, we were quite surprised to find that the bathroom did not have a door. This lack of privacy was a significant inconvenience, particularly the first night. The hotel was fully booked that day and a room change was not possible. Upon bringing this issue to the attention of Dawn, the hotel manager, the following morning, we were met with immediate understanding and professionalism. Dawn was incredibly empathetic and swiftly took action to resolve the problem. She found us another room that met our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. To our delight, she also offered thoughtful compensation for the inconvenience we experienced on the first night. Despite the initial hiccup, we were left with a positive impression of the hotel, largely due to her outstanding efforts. Thank you, Dawn, for your thoughtfulness and for making our stay a memorable one!

It was great except they need a simple night light in the bathroom that did not work either time we were there. The glass Bathroom door leaves the room illuminated at night making it hard to sleep
