Our young receptionist Svetlana was a delight to deal with both at check in and check out. There were a few issues with some raucous college students and the Hotel manager handled it superbly! Highly recommended

I made a reservation in advance for a king size bed and when I arrived I was given two queen size beds for my husband and I. We did pay more for a king sized bed. Due to traffic and being to close to our event time the staff was not able to accommodate the correction.

I love Aloft! This is the second time I've stayed at an Aloft. The price of the room was so reasonable. The staff was so helpful and kind. She helped me sign up for Marriott rewards. I was very happy with my stay. I'll definitely be staying at an Aloft again.

Staff was great, including vallet. Room was nice, microwave would have been nice though. I misunderstood the parking situation and didn't realize I had no option but to vallet for $54 and also it felt deceiving to have a mandatory $25 card for food and beverage purposes that was used it or lose it.

This is a very well thought out hotel. The views were great. They accommodated an early check in and were helpful with directions. Staff was very friendly. Noon checkout was very helpful too. Room was comfortable and clean.

The first room was a little dark and I requested to be switched to another room and they did it with out a question. They even offer me, to see if I want to Stay in a sister site. I was so happy. I appreciate the help and the fast solution. Everyone was nice.
