The stay was great. The place was clean and updated. I really miss the dressers that used to be in the rooms. It would give you more places to put your clothes. Other than that very nice.

Nice hotel, clean and pretty new. I was there during a Nor’Easter and one of the trees outside whipped the siding all night. This probably doesn’t happen often or in every room, but it was a little miserable.

We love the proximity to both Salem and Boston without having to pay the prices of staying in either one. We only interact with the front desk but both women were very nice. The woman who checked us in explained the Marriott rewards to me, which in 3 stays here no one has ever done, so I signed up for that to get points. Room: generally clean, bed is uncomfy. If possible I do advise to bring your own pillows cause these are awful. Bathroom: Toilet is very low, no shelves in shower which doesn't seem like an issue until you need somewhere to put your face wash and soap that you brought. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the wall for you.
