This was a fantastic surprise. I had never heard of this brand but after reading reviews I decided to give it a try on my recent trip Boston. It was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. Beautiful property, great onsite restaurant, plenty of walkable food and shopping options and convenient location to airport and downtown Boston. The staff was kind and professional; room was comfortable and had everything a traveler would need ~ even some local caramels were left as a treat and they were delicious. 10/10 in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique style hotel that is also family friendly. Paiton was the woman who checked us in and she was great! Friendly, enthusiastic and had a toy box for our toddler to pick out her toy! Our room was super clean, smelled great, comfortable and designed well! Little extras like complementary water, candies and children’s books in the room meant a lot! Hotel has yummy room service, restaurant and bar in the lobby with plenty of seating. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance and easy parking! We loved our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Very disappointed with my stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and loved it every time but this time it was just not good. I was told I was going to get something special for my birthday but never received it. A glass fell from the coffee machine and shattered on the floor, and the cleaners swept it but did not vacuum or check for shards of glass so I had a small shard in my foot when I thought it was clean. The entire trip I had to walk around in shoes over fear of more glass getting into my foot. This isn’t the problem of the hotel but I’ve never had such loud and obnoxious guests near my room, They were loud and yelling in the hallways, and in the room next door. They were loud at 10pm, and also at 1:30am. This entire stay was miserable and I regret spending over 600 to stay here.

Best hotel in a while
I normally try to stick to the same hotel when I travel for work just to make it easier and more comfortable but decided to try this hotel. Honestly happy I did. Was an amazing hotel. Clean, quiet, friendly and the service I got even when my flight was delayed was amazing.

Beautiful hotel in a really convenient area, everything you need is in close proximity. Rooms were nice and clean and free parking on sight was the cherry on top. 10/10 definitely recommend.
