This will be my last time at this hotel. After continuously booking rooms for 4 years I’m officially done. My first few stays at this hotel they were gracious enough to give me a small bottle of wine and dessert in celebration of a birthday. For the last two years now, they have not as much as left extra coffee or towels (as I had requested). Second, I stayed for two days, and not once did I get any cleaning service, no fresh towels, no making bed, no dressing up the coffee. Nothing. I had been out all day and removed the privacy sign on my door, and returned in the evening and the room had not been cleaned. For two days in a row. Then I order room service and cleaning services had left a note saying due to my privacy door hang they did not clean the room. Are you telling me they only clean rooms after 5? Very disappointing. Then, the people next door decide 12am is the perfect time to hang out and party and be loud. I had a terrible night sleep. I had texted the hotel to let them know about the noise and about 20 minutes later got a response of “We’ll check it out.” No offense and not to be that person but for over 500 dollars??? Are you serious? I will not be returning to this hotel. Which is a shame since I had spoken so highly of it before. Not sure if they got new management or something but something is definitely off.

This hotel is a gem. I did a two week road trip around New England and this was the best on the list of places where I stayed. Restaurants and a giant grocery store are within a short walk. It's a short drive to the Lexington and Concord historical sites. The drive to a downtown Boston parking ramp was about 1/2 hour on a Sunday.
