Nice quality hotel set out over the bay. Lovely room with the privacy we enjoy. Nothing too much and always very accommodating were the staff. Hotel is well situated on the edge of of the North End with endless Italian restaurants within 8 minutes walk. Little distance to the city but your there in 15 minutes. Definitely one to consider. Enjoy Boston!

Weekend getaway!! Our favorite hotel in the north end and the staff was so accommodating!! Tatiana and Riccardo are the absolute best and Khalid at valet is super friendly and has been with the company since they opened! Can’t wait to return!!

It was nice, I’m not sure what VIP offered. But everything was super clean, nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Proximity to a cool area was nice. If you prefer walking to places this is a great option for a hotel. Our hotel room didn’t have a fridge, so don’t plan to bring leftovers back.

Nice. But outdated and a little worn. I did feel it was clean but disappointed in overall appearance. As a small property owner i kept thinking the owners haven't been at the property in a long time. Several curtains in my suite were ripped. Furniture was vert tired. Switch cover in bathroom missing data port hanging out in bedroom. Tables in restaurant worn. My waiter and food were excellent.

I was unhappy with the room we were given at check in, very dark, no view due to hedges covering the windows. I immediately went to the desk and was given an upgraded room (it was our 50th anniversary) and had a beautiful view an was very comfortable. The location was great and we were able to walk to so many places.

The area is nice. Walkable to North End and Faneuil Hall(Quincy Market). Got a room over the valet on the second floor. So, yes , less than ideal and quite noisy

Spent just 1 night, valet parking was very easy and quick, hotel very clean and organized. Room was very clean and good size. Location is convenient and walkable for TD Garden and North End of Boston. I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here.
