Lots of drug activities around the property and in the hotel. Felt very unsafe and would not come back. Saw two people passed out on the couches on 3rd floor from what it seemed like drugs, and people were banging on doors all night. Horrible place and its very unsafe.

Absolutely disgusting sheets. We asked them to change it, and they gave us dirty sheets again and I had to put them by myself. Very bad service and the owner was getting angry just because I asked him to put the sheets like how housekeeping should… terrible experience. I couldn’t wait to leave the next day.

Not what it's advertised online. Stay away.
The hotel was very run down. Had bare wires hanging in the corners of the room. Curtains wouldn't cover the windows and the windows faced the hallway where people walked past your room. The bedspread and curtains had stains. We had to be moved twice. Our first room the door wouldn't lock and the curtain didn't close, the second room smelled like smoke so bad you couldn't stand to be in there. The 3rd room we were moved to the curtains wouldn't close but we finally just settled and used a straight pin we had to pin the curtain to the wall to cover the window. We had no hot water to shower in the morning. The breakfast consisted of coffee, dry cereal, and toast. No juice. When we first arrived it took around 30 minutes for anyone to even come to the desk. We stayed 3 nights and it was not great. We would have left and stayed somewhere else but we booked through hotels.com and didn't want the hassle of trying to get our money back and finding somewhere else.

It smelled moldy, the pool was out of order. We had to call to ask for soap and towels.its ok for what we went to do.. just sleep and go about our day.. don't expect luxury!

The place could use some upgrades needs to be repainted, fixtures need changing, needs newer microwave and fridge. The only thing that was good was that it was quiet and it had its own parking within the building.

This hotel is an interesting property. It has a beautiful indoor pool (not in service). The underground parking was great. I think they could have found a better color than battleship gray. Price was reasonable.

First and Foremost I would like to say that I will stay here again. There are some rough spots and I can tell it’s an older property, but the renovated interior atrium is beautiful, although the pool renovation hasn’t been completed. The room was very comfortable. Parking is limited in the garage, so make sure you’re parked by 8, or you’ll have to park in another lot. The neighborhood looks much nicer in the day.
