The pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was bleak--minimal and the waffles were terrible. The room was clean, but the bathroom was dated. The underneath parking was fun. Overall, it was a decent stay.

It's very old building and kind of run down but I can see that it is well maintained. Staff is rather hard to communicate with though. This was the hardest part. Breakfast can defitely improve.

I usually trust expedia.ca when I book my hotel BUT this place is a joke and it’s not suppose to be at expedia.ca. Whole was a falling a part. Washroom wall mildew , ceiling was constantly wet, close parking looks like somebody’s store. Shame of expedia.ca sold me this room, I wish I can get back my money.

This hotel is in serious need of upgrades and cleaning. The walls in the room were dirty. The furniture in the room was dirty. The bed appeared to be clean enough to sleep in. The bathroom was pretty disgusting. There was hair in the shower from whoever stayed there previously. Paint chipping all over the place the curtains were filthy. I had to take the filter out out of the air conditioner and clean it and scrub it because it was so caked with black dust.

I would consider this a motel not a Hotel. The place is run down. The only decent area is the atrium but the pool was closed. The underground parking is convenient but dusty and not maintained. Room carpet is old, the bed was good and linen clean but there is a musty smell and has a noisy air conditioning unit.

1) I saw the police twice during the one night I stayed here, and I did not feel safe at all. 2) It was too noisy. I could hear someone talking all night. 3) The breakfast provided was spoiled.

This was an overnight stay on our road-trip. Price was very good for the area. Underground parking however the parking spaces are tight & is dimly lit. Also there was a lot of old furniture at the head of the spaces where we parked and a car & truck covered in dust & dirt that looked like they were parked there forever. Check in was good and desk clerk very hospitable. The common areas and indoor pool area look nice. The room furniture and bathroom were very dated. Rugs seemed clean but very worn. Bed was very comfortable & room was clean. Good shower pressure & lots of hot water.
