The hotel was friendly and clean and well situated…. but the noisiest place I have ever stayed!! Room 126 is next to the laundry that seems to be on 24/7 with machines spinning at 2300 hrs and 0800. The cleaning staff station is right outside the door with the teams chatting very loudly from 0730 each day. If you want a restful night with a lay in make sure you are not on the corridor with 126 on! I am sure the rest of the rooms are great and the rest of our stay was very good.

The staff was great. The attendant at Breakfast was fantastic and constantly helping patrons. Great service at the Adams bar. The only issue was the boxspring which was visible was filthy and the mattress was awful

Typically have had great success with best western, however this location was in terrible shape. Our room had strong smell of mould and mildew, particularly in the shower and near the door. The walls were paper thin and we heard comings and goings from folks until 5 in the morning, including the room next door having sex. The cleaning crew started early and talked loudly, wouldn't recommend if you like sleeping in. We also didn't realize as a 'functions and hotel' space they would have music and noise and people coming and going at all hours.The staff were incredibly kind.

Unfortunately, not a great experience all around. We checked in Thursday, and area is okay. You can hear everything through the walls, so we were listening to people partying til 2am. I also heard a rustling noise but didn’t pay much mind to it until the final night. Turns out, there was a rat in our room digging through our garbage. This rat was showing up every night to eat. I reported it the morning we left cause that’s when I got a video of it, but they only refunded me the one night… Expedia was helpful at least to receive that refund but it’s just gross that there’s rats there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it’s cheaper than others in Boston area, but not worth the nightmares I’ll be having of hearing and seeing a rat in our room

I was very disappointed with my stay at Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston. The room carpet was not clean, and the sofa was in terrible condition and very dirty. Although the bathroom was clean, the towels were too small and didn’t dry properly. The breakfast was horrible — there weren’t enough food options, and most of the choices were not healthy. I expected better cleanliness, comfort, and quality for the price.

Overall it was nice enough but in the room in front of the refrigerator cabinet the carpet must've had a whole beer poured out and the shower/bath spicket shower knob was spraying water out at the shower pull knob/rod until you pulled it up for shower. Everything else was ok.
