We arrived after 4. Our check in was 3. Only one of our rooms were ready. We ate at the restaurant. Service was very slow though the staff was friendly. Food was marginal. Several of the workers didn't seem fluent in English.

Dirty and Severely Overpriced
Demand was high in the Boston area, so everything was expensive. I spent $300 for one night. This hotel was worth $80-$100. The ice machine, ATM, and men's bathroom in the lobby were all out of order. The door knob and peep hole on my door were falling off. There were French fries on the hallway floor as well as leaves (not by the entry door, but well into the building) when we arrived. The next morning they were still there. By the time we checked out, they still hadn't cleaned them up. There was also a really gnarly looking bug in our bathroom. Pretty sure it wasn't from this planet. So why the 3 star rating instead of 1? Because the most important thing, a comfy bed and PILLOWS, was top notch. I always bring my own pillow, but it wasn't necessary here. Good quality. Also the staff was very friendly. The things that need to ne fixed are very fixable, so that's disappointing. Overall, wouldn't stay here again, especially for the price.

Evidently there have been recent changes to previous amenities ,like a grab and go breakfast for people on very early flights. We asked the person taking care of the breakfast area about it, and she didn’t know anything about it, but referred us to the front desk who informed us it was not offered even though there was still a sign advertising it. Breakfast was good though on the morning we were able to eat during regular hours. The dining area outside the breakfast area, which is open at night, had overflowing trash and dirty tables in the evening/morning.

The room was smelly and musty. It was an adjoining room so we heard EVERYTHING happening in the next room. From violent vomiting our first night to loud sex the second night. We tried to change rooms after the first night but they said no. They admitted there was rooms still available but house keeping would need to clean another room. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Location was convenient! Property can use some updating, our A/C in our room was loud. Staff was great, overall would stay again!
