Receptionist not welcoming, rather more authoratarion , asked me if i smoke and i said no, again while signing she wanrned me if i smome will be $250, everyrhing sounded like she was doing a favour on me while checking in. Got off the elevator smelled bad , old or uncleaned carpert. Average place between and motel and a hotel , not worth it for 300 a night.

We stayed at this hotel with our little child, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We requested a baby crib in advance, but it was not provided. The biggest issue, however, was the strong smell of dampness or mold in the room. The window could not be opened, and the air conditioner also emitted a bad odor, making it very difficult to breathe. These conditions are completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a child.

Dated but Clean

Very dated building, entry way and rooms. The hardworking staff make up for what would otherwise be a one or two rating. It’s a solid 3 or 3.5 because despite being dated it’s not dirty. It’s located off a main road in an industrial area but does not feel unsafe. You can spend an extra $125/night for a newer property a half mile away but for the budget this is ideal. Breakfast is as expected. Nice surprise the hotel scrambled eggs and sausage, pancake machine and really yummy bread. Yogurt machine is always a treat. Free parking is welcome and easy access to highway system. If you’re interested in a nice lobby experience or luxury bathroom this is not the place for you. Otherwise it’s fine for a day or two stay for the budget traveler.

Booked property based on others review. Very convenient if you have a car to drive 5-15 minutes down the road to food, mall and train station. Breakfast was okay. Would be nice to have a better selection of fruit. Overall the hotel was quite and very clean.

The Hampton we stayed at the week prior was the same price and met expectations that this best western did not Lobby had a weird smell upon entering that stayed throughout. Rooms were humid and had to be fixed with ac adjustments Breakfast area kind of attempted to get a lot of people in a small area and we just skipped it and had breakfast at a local restaurant Will not be back

Im have a really hard time reviewing this hotel for a few reasons. First for the things we liked, the beds were very comfortable, it was a very quiet building, and for the most part it was clean. The problems we had were that our room smelt very musty like an old persons house. We had to buy air fresheners because it was giving us such bad headaches. Next was the room where the ice machine was… I opened the door and two mice took off behind the machine. In reality I think it’s impossible to say most buildings don’t have mice so honestly I just shrugged it off. The bathtub drain wouldn’t shut so we couldnt give our son a good bath before his surgery. That was frustrating. Lastly, and this was mainly my fault for not calling ahead, I tried to request our last night back in refund since we were misinformed by the hospital and were able to stay with our son. They would not refund due to early check out. It is what it is but lost that money which sucks. I didn’t base the stars off of that. Anyways, yeah, it was an ok stay.
