We were charged twice. Two different prices. One for $255.79 & one fot $210.11. I soke to the front desk & they said they couldn’t do anything because I used you (a 3rd party). I paid the $210.11 & I expect a refund on the $255.79. I have booked quite a few rooms but I plan to cancel them all because I don’t appreciate being overcharged.

My daughter and I was told free continental breakfast but was charged anyway. Hallways loud at 3 4 in the morning. Manager was rude and disrespectful and did not believe me I was told by his staff and free continental breakfast. He said “ no such thing” them when I told him I heard a mad airline pilot received one then he said that was different.

No hairdryer in the room. Tried to call for one and towels on Saturday evening. No one picked yo at front desk after 15 minutes. Gave up on showering or washing hair. My niece had allergic reaction to scent of shower and hair products and needed to use all the towels. Staff at checking very helpful and courteous.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, welcoming and helpful staff, Onsite bar/restaurant is convenient with good food except breakfast is a little pricey at $25 pp. Beds were comfortable. Located near plenty of restaurants and free parking. I would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice hotel, located not too far away from the Boston area; it is a convenient location/area. The hotel is very nice and clean. The front desk personnel is very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and they clean daily, which is not done anymore in most hotels. They clean after 2 or 3 days. The amenities were good too. They have a big parking area. Breakfast is available/ not included. Great to stay with family and explore Boston and the surrounding areas.
