First impression was that the grounds were well kept. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cozy. Pool was clean and very quiet. Only a 6 minute drive to the nearest T station to head into the city. Was a great stay. Will be back!

Everything about this property was fine. Nothing special. Nothing bad. Close enough to downtown Boston. Clearly not a destination or resort hotel, but a clean, safe, easy parking hotel with nice rooms to stay a few nights while you do something else in the city. Reasonably priced.

I was basically in and out. So I didn't tore the grounds or the facilities. However, everybody has to pay $20 a day for parking. Also, in the rooms they have this strange faucet and I didn't know how to get hot water from it.

Privacy ‘respected’

The hotel went into my room and began to clean it…but the privacy card was on the door and I had not checked out. Housekeeping removed the pillows from the bed and started stripping the beds. Then they stopped. When i returned to the room, it was obviously not as I left it. In addition to that icky feeling of having someone messing with your beds, the beds were not made up for sleep. The front desk failed to get me clean pillow cases and sheets that night. They have also failed at any attempt to make it right. Marriott used to be about having a good customer experience. They just are not worth the money. Good luck if you stay at this hotel. I won’t be spending any more money with Marriott.

We've stayed at this property multiple times - all pleasant experiences. The staff and services were wonderful as usual. This stay we did pay extra for a balcolny; however, we were in a room on the lower level positioned directly over the hvac system and roof top/gutter system of the outdoor tent. While we had a balcolny, we certainly did not have a view of any kind and almost preferred to not sit outside because we were starring at a giant white roof of the tent and dirty hvac system. In my opinion, this room should not have an extra charge for the balcony space.
