The stay over all went well, however we didn't know the pool didn't open til noon, with check out at 11. Tried to bring our kids down around 9- super bummed kiddos. They did offer a later check out and all staff were very kind but we had axtually picked this hotel because of the location being in the middle of two parties and for the pool so the kids could get some morning energy out. Just stunk that we couldn't use it while there and weren't able to adjust our plans to fit the pools schedule.

I can tell the management of this property has put the majority of their money in the lobby, bar and first floor bathrooms as when you first walk in it has a great and posh vibe. The Bar staff were excellent and the food was great. The room, was average. In the bathroom the hook to hang a towel or robe on the door was broken, there was no makeup mirror or hair dryer, shower water had two speeds either freezing or sculding hot water no in between, lighting was horrible and our room was cleaned every day and we never got any new bars of soap. There was no bottle water for the coffee machine and you have to pay to use the wifi.

I literally just wanted to use a hot tub. I have a bad back, i live in the area , it says hot tub and there are pictures. Only to find out the hot tub is closed for the season. I want a refund!
