I stayed here twice in February and loved it so much I will be staying again in March. The hotel has a Starbucks across the street as well as T line station. The staff was always super friendly and one of the valet's spent quite a bit of time with me going over Train and helping me get to where I needed to go. The beds and linens are super comfy.

Good value, clean, accomodating and near transit

Beautiful and clean hotel, with easy access to other parts of Boston, as it's right across from the train station. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. Walls in the bathroom were a bit thin, as I could hear clear conversations from another room, but it wasn't a huge issue. When my flight was cancelled due to weather, they extended my check out time by an hour and a half. I would definitely stay here when in Boston again!

I was mostly very happy, but not sure I would stay here again because it's directly next to the commuter rail and I found the noise of the trains to be annoying & I could sometimes hear the guests in the room next over. However, I'm ultra sensitive to noise so it may not bother someone else. Otherwise, it was clean, great service, room was nice (good size for 1 person), I like the bathroom fixtures, and the free coffee was surprisingly really good! There is a free continental breakfast - think pastries & bagels. It's also directly next to the red line so commuting from South Station is a breeze, and it's a cheap/fast Uber to the Convention Center. Overall a good experience!
