Staff at front desk was nice. Room smelled like burnt Roman noodles when we arrived, bathroom was clean, beds comfortable, spacious room. Mall close by. We went to the front desk because we found a roach in the room front desk couldn’t move us because there were no rooms available offered to put traps out but didn’t see any when we returned . Ended up checking out early because we were uncomfortable. They did say they would see of the manager will willing to offer something but haven’t heard from anyone at this point.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, our room had 1 queen bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The sheet for the pull out couch was rough and the blanket was super rough. Staff was friendly and the property was clean.

When we checked in we found out the the room was a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Not what I booked on Expedia, which was two bedrooms. Great location. In walking distance to grocery and several restaurants.

I liked the privacy and that housekeeping wasn't knocking on my door all the time. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. I have stayed at the Sonesta in Burlington, MA for about 50 nights of this year (so far) and I will continue to stay there when I am need of a hotel in the area. The hotel was reasonably priced, so they don't have daily linen changing. Not a problem if you don't mind getting new towels from the front desk. Staff was very friendly. Location is across the street from a big mall. Lots of restaurants very close by. Room was big, with full-size refrigerator, two burner stove, utensils and silverware available, coffee pot, microwave. Close to Concord and Lexington (w/in 15 minute drive) if you are visiting the historical sites. Free parking if you sign up for their membership club.
