Good location. Pay attention to your room choice.

Great location in Copley Square. Had the room with no windows and wish we would have upgraded. basement floor location, near the disposal area so smells were evident. Couch needed a cleaning.

The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and kind. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, view was great, bed was comfortable. Perfect location! Easy access to the subway. Walking distance to so many places. Great food choices in area.

Nice little hotel and walkable location to Boston common. Complimentary coffee in morning added bonus. Room nice enough but could hear people above and mattress although comfortable very uneven and could do with changing.

The good: - Location -friendly staff - restaurant / coffee shop on premises. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent! - VERY small but comfortable room - good free WiFi The NOT SO good: - Despite the headline claim - breakfast IS NOT included. Very misleading claim. Included is a coffee and pastry but breakfast itself is offered at a 20% discount. - restaurant is nice but does not open until 8 am. Pastries available after 7:30 am. Very late for early risers or business guests. - bed is very small. So was the room. Not really comfortable for couples. - poor security. Anyone can just walk in off the street and gain access to the rooms via the ‘public’ elevator.
