Mixed feelings

The stay was fine. This hotel seems to be targeted at youth. We noticed we were like 25 years or more older than everyone else. The room was small and the bed took up half with only one side exposed for entry. This can be extremely difficult for folks as they age or anyone with back issues or other mobility problems. That being said, we got a great nights sleep on the bed. The room is technologically run. It has some fun features but that’s only when it works. Any hiccup can be confusing and frustrating. Controlling the TV was not fun… It would have to be the right circumstances for us to choose CitizenM again.

Everything we expected from CitizenM. The only issue is elevators. They reserve the two back elevators for the roof bar and send guests away to the front ones, so wait is usually lengthy.

Small, modern hotel convenient to shopping, dining and transportation. The rooms are quite small with a small sink/vanity out in the open and separate from an enclosed toilet/shower combo. The iPad controls your tv (didn’t work for us), lights and curtains. I woke up early and got ready in the dark to not wake my husband. We only stayed for 3 nights so it was fine. Friendly workers. You need to ask for your room to be cleaned as they are environmentally friendly. I’d stay again for a short get-away!

Great stay - AMAZING staff. The problem with my stay was the high tech room had an issue with the TV. It resolved itself after a day out but was inconvenient provided you can’t just fix it we tried everything with the staff. Also the condition of the 4th floor hallway was weird carpet looked dirty but may have just been the design + smelled like diapers the whole stay. It was odd but I would stay here again because the location is INCREDIBLE short safe walk to anywhere you need.
