It was a nice stay. The staff there is very friendly. I called to ask connection to their WIFi, the girl who picked up my phone call went to my room to help me and got me a cup of hot water and tea bags as she noticed I lost my voice. Very sweet!

This was my 3rd stay in a CitizenM and I plan to book at CitizenM in my future travels, Although rooms are small they’re just the right size for me and contain everything I need and are safe, clean, and comfortable. The Back Bay location was perfect for my needs. Everything was in walking distance. Staff is friendly too.
