I didnt realize how small the rooms are. It felt very claustrophobic. I particularly didnt like the super tiny vanity. I would not stay there again.

Nice hotel, very sleek etc but the room was tiny. Bed pushed against the window (view of the city) so we had to climb over each other. No comments!!!). Vanity in the middle of the room. Little privacy even in the bathroom, not what I expected for $700 a night. Service when available was good and friendly

Soap is SO important in a hotel room. At the sink was the smallest most worthless soap! In today’s health conscious world to have such itty bitty hand soap is unreal! Why not have a bottle of hand soap/gel for the sink as even 2 star hotels know to do? They also do not offer room service unless you digitally ask by noon!

The room was extremely small, but I already knew that before I booked, but it was comfortable enough for one person. The hotel itself was excellent, the staff were very friendly, convenient location, clean, modern & within walking distance of nearly everything. I would stay here again!!!

Could not have been in a more convenient location. We took the train directly into north station and then did a day trip to Salem (in and out of north station) during our stay, so this could not be beat. Great common areas and a fun set up! My only complaints are the breakfast was really pricey for what it was and there were several hairs in our room, but otherwise was very clean.

We had such a fantastic stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was such a convenient spot to stay after attending an event at the TD Garden. Room was super cute. Would definitely stay again if we have another event.

Beautiful hotel and great location!
We stayed for two nights and loved this hotel! Location was great and walking distance to the Chelsea train station. There is a large grocery store also within walking distance. The first room we were given did not have working AC, so we were moved to another room and unfortunately the living room TV wasn’t working. It was supposed to be fixed our second day but never was (but we had plans out so we really didn’t need the 2nd tv). Breakfast was really good!
