We always stay here when we come to Boston. There was only one time when we stayed in a different hotel because this one was fully booked and we received mediocre service and it was more expensive. This hotel is clean, super close to the metro, north end, etc. the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. This is our home away from home when in Boston.

I booked the property as it was a bundle via Expedia but was very pleased with the hotel. I was traveling to Boston with my college returning daughter. I was solo as she was going back to her dorm, but the hotel is no frills and great value. The front desk staff was so helpful and welcoming. I loved the area and took a class at a studio 2 blocks away. I loved the 24 hr coffee/tea machine in the sitting area and the water bottle station on my floor near the elevators. Also close to T station and I was able to take the blue line from State to Logan aiport for $2.40 vs an Uber! Thanks front desk! Lastly the hotel has a small gym and a restaurant next door which was good for meals during the cold night and I wanted to stay in. I would so comeback for a visit! It's a great value. Thank you for my 3 day stay!!

This hotel is very well located, very close to several subway stations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. The room was a little small but it had everything we needed, was clean, and very comfortable. They provided water stations on each floor with reusable bottles, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant that was attached to the hotel was excellent as well. We would definitely stay at this location again.
